Bu sayfa, Maxikargo hesabını ve hesaba bağlı tüm verileri nasıl sildirebileceğini anlatır. Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.
Silinen veriler
- E-posta adresin ve şifre özetin (hesabın)
- Kayıtlı yük listelerin
- Yük tanımların
- Eklediğin özel araçların
Sunucu teknik kayıtları sınırlı sürede kendiliğinden silinir.
Yöntem 1: Uygulama veya web sitesi üzerinden (en hızlısı)
- Hesabınla giriş yap.
- Sağ üstteki menüyü (☰ ya da e-posta adresin) aç.
- Hesabımı Sil seçeneğine bas ve şifreni gir.
Yöntem 2: E-posta ile
Uygulamaya giremiyorsan, kayıtlı e-posta adresinden tolgahansaficelik@gmail.com adresine konusu "Hesap silme talebi" olan bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra hesabın en geç 30 gün içinde silinir ve sana bilgi verilir.
Account and data deletion
This page explains how to delete your Maxikargo account and all data linked to it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleted data
- Your email address and password hash (your account)
- Your saved load lists
- Your cargo definitions
- Vehicles you added
Technical server logs are removed automatically after a limited time.
Option 1: In the app or on the website (fastest)
- Log in to your account.
- Open the menu at the top right (☰ or your email address).
- Choose Delete My Account and enter your password.
Option 2: By email
If you cannot log in, email tolgahansaficelik@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
